Sebastian Keys is an orderly at the local hospital. Jamie Madison is a proctologist at the same hospital. Sebastian goes to Jamie’s cabinet for a medical examination because he has problems with his butt. When Jamoe sees Sebastian’s hole, he realizes what the problem is – Sebastian needs “emergency life-saving” fisting.
