The two doctors Dominic Pacifico and Nathan Daniels take up the task. Nathan initially tries with just one hand, but things soon escalate, and he finds himself double fisting Wrex’s hole. Dominic also gets involved with his huge fists, and just when you’d think it’s impossible for Wrex to take any more, a third fist slides into his hole, starting triple fisting. Of course, the entire scene is dominated by Wrex’s huge rosebud, so if you’re a fan of big prolapses, Wrex won’t disappoint.
