After 1 hour fisting, now Billy Berlin can take a big fist with ease. He thinks that he’s ready for double fisting and asks Steve Cruz to do it. As an advanced fister Steve knows that it’s impossible – Billy needs more hole stretching. So he offers him something better – hole punching. In the end of the scene Billy is one idea closer to his double goal.
